What to Expect
For best results, aligners are typically worn 20–22 hours per day and removed only when eating, drinking (except water), brushing, or flossing.
You’ll switch to a new set of aligners every 1–2 weeks as your teeth gradually move into place. Treatment length varies, but many cases are completed within 6 to 18 months.
