New Patients & Your First Visit to CORE Dental Care

Welcome to CORE Dental Care, we’re excited to meet you!

We’re proud to welcome new patients and are committed to making your first visit a comfortable, informative, and positive experience. Be sure to ask about our new patient specials, discounts, and the high level of personalized care our team provides.

Your initial appointment is designed to help us get to know you, understand your oral health needs, and review any recommended treatment options. In many cases, treatment can begin the same day as your consultation. However, if your situation involves a more complex medical history or treatment plan, a follow-up appointment may be scheduled to ensure your care is completed safely and thoroughly.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

During your appointment, we will complete a comprehensive dental examination and take the time to understand your oral health goals. Our team will explain any findings clearly and walk you through your treatment options so you can make confident, informed decisions about your care.

We believe in a calm, supportive approach where you never feel rushed and always feel heard.

What to Bring

To help your visit go smoothly, please bring:

  • Any recent dental X-rays from a previous provider (if available)
  • A complete list of medications you are currently taking
  • Completed dental insurance forms (if applicable)

This information helps us provide accurate treatment and assists with insurance processing.

Important Medical & Family Information

Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at every visit.

Please inform our team ahead of time if you have any medical conditions that may affect your dental care, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart conditions, joint replacements, or a history of rheumatic fever. It is also important to share any medications you are currently taking, including blood thinners, heart medications, or aspirin therapy.

Dental X-Rays

If you have recent X-rays from another dental or medical office, you may request that they be sent to us or bring them with you to your appointment. If additional imaging is needed, we can conveniently take X-rays in our office during your visit.

Our Goal for Your First Visit

At CORE Dental Care, we aim to make your first visit comfortable, clear, and stress-free. Most importantly, we want to build a strong foundation for a long-term relationship focused on your oral health and overall well-being.
